3. Download and fill-out required forms. After sending us your letter of interest, you will receive an email from us containing the scholarship application form, checklist of requirements, admission forms to the universities/study posts, and some instructions on how to apply for the scholarship. 4. Accomplish ALL needed requirements. Make sure to complete all requirements to avoid any delays in processing your application. A list of requirements can be seen here.

1. All requirements submitted must be translated or be in English. Non-english documents submitted will not be considered as valid requirement.
2. Each applicant is allowed to apply for multiple MSc programs, provided that the applicant fill outs one application form per MSc program applied for and ALL necessary requirements be attached for each program applied for. For example, if an applicant wants to apply for COURSE 1 and COURSE 2, he/she must attach to the application form 1 set of requirements for COURSE 1, and to the other application form for COURSE 2, another 1 set of requirements.
2. The applicant's choice of MSc program is not absolute. The Selection committee will use the applicant's choice as a guide in choosing the best program for the applicant, together with his/her qualifications, educational background, etc.
3. The applicant's proposed research outline must have a strong focus in agricultural development and food security in the uplands of Southeast Asia. It must have the basic parts: title of proposed research project, statement of the problem, importance of the study, objectives of the study, venue or location of study, and proposed research methodology.
4. The applicant's medical certificate must clearly indicate that the applicant is "in good mental and physical health and is fit to undertake graduate studies overseas". It must also be signed by a medical doctor.
