The scholarship is awarded to qualified nationals from Myanmar to enable them to pursue Master of Rural Development Management in Khon Kaen University starting Academic Year 2015-2016.

• Population dynamics
• Development project planning and management
• Development project appraisal

• Monitoring and evaluation
• Primary health care management
• Environmental management
Target sectors for the scholarship include:
• Universities (education & research faculty)
• Government Agencies (technical & field personnel)
• Non-government Organizations (technical & field personnel)
• Women are particularly encouraged to apply.
