The International Development Research Centre (IDRC) funded scholarship program is awarded to qualified nationals from Myanmar, Cambodia, Lao PDR and Vietnam to enable them to pursue 2-year Master's Degree courses in fields related to agriculture and food security in the uplands of Southeast Asia. The program is managed by the Graduate Scholarship Department (GSD) of the Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA).
