After Submission of Documents

IF WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR DOCUMENTS....

1. We will send you an email confirming our receipt of your application documents.

2. You will notified via email of your schedule for an interview with the Manager and the Selection committee. This may be done either face-to-face or via Skype, so make sure you are ready.


IF WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR DOCUMENTS...

We will send you an email to remind you to send your requirements via courier as soon as possible.

  • If you sent your requirements on or before the deadline and we didn't receive your documents because there was a problem with the courier service, you will be given a deadline extension. You will receive an email containing the number of days of your extension. We will also request that you send us via email the airway bill of your delivery transaction to verify the date of delivery.
     
  • If you have not sent your requirements on or before the deadline, your application for the scholarship MAY be forfeited. We may still accept your application under special circumstances.
